Earn Credit for Athlete's
Pay-to-Participate Fees
1. Concessions and Gate Workers earn credit on their pay-to-participate account at Central Office. Note: any adult may earn credit and designate which MHS athlete is to apply that credit to his/her pay-to-participate fees.
2. Concessions Workers will earn $8 credit for each event that they work.
3. Gate Workers will earn $5 credit for each event that they work.
4. 50/50 Raffle Workers during Varsity Football Games will earn $7 credit for each game that they work.
5. One person will be the Season Scheduler. That person will schedule workers for all games for that season (fall, winter, or spring). This is a paid position.
6. The Concessions workers must turn in a volunteer form.
7. Workers at tournaments or other special events that are extremely long in duration may earn additional credit with the approval of Athletic Boosters and Central Office.
8. At the end of each season (fall, winter, spring) the log books are turned in to Central Office. Credit is then applied before the next season’s statements are sent home. Credit is not applied during the season in which it is earned.
